Part 2 – Making Online teaching Effective to enhance Student Engagement

The 2nd and final part of the short FDP series organized by University of Stirling, RAK Campus for the Higher Education Forum (HEF) , India concluded on 23rd May, 2020 attended by 88 participants (both days) from various universities in India. A highly engaging and interactive session with the learning objectives focusing on the effective use of Active Learning (AL) techniques to enhance student engagement, understanding the importance of rapport building and personal tutoring after class hours, and the session concluded by demonstrating and analyzing the effectiveness of feedback (formative/summative) to enhance student learning. An overwhelming response from the participants for organizing an intense FDP spread over 2 sessions.
